Hi team — we’re a long-term customer and last year our spend was over $1,500 (usage above the Business threshold), but this year our usage was reset and we’re being billed on the Medium tier again. Could you please explain why the Business tier wasn’t applied and switch our account to Business pricing (and adjust charges since the reset date if applicable)?

Pricing works in tiers. The first 500 data is free (Free Tier), from 501-100,000 data it will charge you $3/1000 data (Medium Tier), and from 100,000 and above it will charge you $1/1000 data (Business Tier). And it resets every month.

Outscraper operates on a pay-as-you-go model. There are no monthly subscription fees or recurring charges. You are only billed for the services you actually use, and tiers reset every 30 days.
You have two payment options:
Option 1 — Prepaid Credits
Add credits to your account balance via your profile page. Credits never expire and can be used across all our services at any time.
Option 2 — Card on File (Postpaid)
Connect a card and we will send you an invoice at the end of each 30-day billing cycle. You will only be charged if your usage exceeds the Free Tier. Otherwise, no charge applies. Please note that the postpaid method becomes available once you have gained more traction with our system.
