Hello.

I’ve been using Outscraper for a while now. My searches have been all very similar, but in the last 2-3 days it is not working well. Now, my latest search says it is going to take 3 days. All the past ones were done in few minutes.

Yes, I know that some searches can be long, but I am sure I’ve done more complex ones in few minutes.

Yes, I tried to cancel and redo search, nothing changes.

Is there any service problem? The webpage says all the systems are operational. But I doubt that.

Hello ,

Usually, when you start the task you can see the estimated time to finish. Sometimes tasks could take more time to finish. The status “STARTED:task is running” is normal, your task should be finished.

Alternatively, You can restart or remove your task and start another task. To cancel a task, you can select one or more not finished tasks, and navigate to the control arrow that will allow you to do bulk actions including removing.
