My tasks for the Google Maps Scraper have been “working” for over 24hours. I’ve restarted them and tried contacting support. They said it’s delayed because of bug fixes. How long should I wait?

i cant even ge the page to load now in chrome, it keeps blinking in and out rapidly, im guessing maybe they updated google, and outscraper hasn’t responded to that update yet

We identified a temporary performance problem that affected task execution speed. The root cause has now been fully resolved, and new tasks are processing normally.
If you still have a task that has been running for more than 24 hours, we recommend restarting the task. In most cases, it should complete successfully after the restart.

Same. Okay, I thought it was just my filters or something, but now I see that it’s affecting all of us. I hope they can take care of this as soon as possible.

Hi Team. Partially Degraded Service. What is happening? This tool used to work so well, I was relying on them.
NOw, it is taking more than 3h to a simple scrap… Not happy! What is going on, guys? 
Has it improved? it’s my first time using it. To test it I tried to scrape 1 zip code that only has 300 companies for only Contacts and Leads Enrichment. It’s been 1.5 hours and still in progress even though on the quote page it said 7-25 minutes. I want to scrape 50k contacts next but am worried it will take days if not weeks like I’ve seen a previous poster in here.
