I have a task that’s been running for over 24 hrs. I restarted the task and its been over 10hrs, its still running.

Did it end up working? It’s my first time using Outscraper so to test it first I tried to scrape 1 zip code that only has 300 companies for only Contacts and Leads Enrichment. It’s been 1.5 hours and it’s still in progress even though on the quote page it said 7-25 minutes. I want to scrape 50k contacts next but am worried it will take days if not weeks like I’ve seen a previous poster in here.

Usually, when you start the task you can see the estimated time to finish. Sometimes tasks could take more time to finish. The status “STARTED:task is running” is normal, your task should be finished.
Alternatively, You can restart or remove your task and start another task. To cancel a task, you can select one or more not finished tasks, and navigate to the control arrow that will allow you to do bulk actions including removing.
