I wrote to you a few days ago about the issue with exporting reviews.
“Hi. Is Google Maps Reviews Scraper working well? I just set up 20 review scraping tasks a few hours ago, and only 6 are ready, while the rest have “STARTED:task is running””
You messaged me
“these tasks have an eta of up to 72 hours. Please give it some extra time to finish. Rest assured they’re running well.”
It’s been 4 days, that is, 96 hours, already. How much longer do I have to wait? It’s the same old question regarding the export of reviews.
The task still has a pending status “STARTED:task is running”
I haven’t been able to complete the task I usually finish in a day for nearly a week now.
How much longer do I have to wait for my tasks to be completed? Is there perhaps another way? For example, could I cancel them and submit smaller batches of tasks for collecting reviews instead?
And if we restart these tasks, won’t we end up having to wait another few days?
Some task can take a while to process. It might need a restart to help. Usually, when you start the task you can see the estimated time to finish. Sometimes tasks could take more time to finish. The status “STARTED:task is running” is normal, your task should be finished.
Alternatively, You can restart or remove your task and start another task. To cancel a task, you can select one or more not finished tasks, and navigate to the control arrow that will allow you to do bulk actions including removing.
Same here. I can only pull 1 place ID at a time. Tried different batch sizes (25 to 5 to even 2), the moment I place in more than 1 place ID, it immediately stalls.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Some tasks can take a while to process. It’s because of the scraping time. Unfortunately, we can’t download the data unless its already finished.
